Daily Rentals: 35.00 a day includes electric
Weekends: $35.00 a day 2-day minimum
Weekend Holidays: 3-day minimum
*50amp service $ 2.00 a day additional
*All rentals include Wi-fi
April-October Rates
Weekly: $175.00 plus electric @ .15 KWH.
Monthly: $275.00 plus electric @ .15 KWH.
Summer Rates
Monthly: $275.00 plus electric @.15 KWH.
Weekly: $175.00 plus electric @ .15 KWH.
Long term and monthly rentals are
due on the first day of each month.
A $5.00 late charge will be added after
due date and $1.00 each day after that.
All rates are for 2 tenants. Additional
tenants will incur a $2.00 additional
charge per night.
Maximum of 6 tenants per site.
Reservation Deposits:
$50.00 for Weekend Reservations
$100.00 for Weekly Reservations
$150.00 for Monthly Reservations
Deposit is non-refundable
without 1 weeks notice
Check out time 11:00 am.
Check in time 1:00 pm
Security Deposits will be refunded at check-out and after following inspections are complete:
*All occurring expenses such as rent, electrical and water are paid in full
*Rental space is clean of all debris
*No damages to property (rental lot, landscaping, structure including any part of recreation
center, common area, concrete oil leaks, etc.)
*All rental lots owned by Developer are available for purchase.
*All renters will be expected to follow park rules and regulations. Failure to do so will
result in ejection from campgrounds without refunds of any deposits.
