Welcome to Rockport Oaks RV Park's official website. Rockport Oaks RV Park is unique in that it is the first Community-owned Deeded Luxury RV Park in the beautiful coastal town of Rockport Texas. It is located at 1402 W. Corpus Christi St. Our goals as the Developers are to provide you with the opportunity to own your own Deeded RV Lot. Owning your own Deeded RV Lot provides you with the opportunity not only to own, but to also rent your site out while you are gone back home for the winter or summer. With a guaranteed RV space year after year to return to in the cold winter months or you may choose to purchase it as a rental investment. If you are a fisherman, you can have a permanent place for storing your boat. For the renters, you will have the opportunity to visit our park and enjoy the luxury that the owners have custom designed for your stay. All owners will have the ability to personalize and design their own lots. There will be landscape and custom design packages available if needed with the assistance of the developers if you should wish to do so (Landscaping will be required). All custom designs will have to be turned in and approved by committee. All rentals will be rented and managed through Rockport Oaks Management Company LLC. We welcome you to come and stay with us in Rockport Texas and we hope that you will choose Rockport Oaks RV Park as your new home for 365- days a year or simply your vacation get away. We
are now having a special move-in price for Phase 1 only. You will be able
to save over $2,000.00 by buying into Phase 1. There are only 17 sites
left for this special price. Once we reach our designated sales quota
in phase 1, we will then start construction on phase 2, which will then
go back to the original price. There will be a total of 5 phases, which
will give us a total of 109 deeded RV sites! Phase 2 is expected to have
32 sites, and additional road with another entrance/exit. Also, the clubhouse
will be constructed, which will include the laundry facility & restrooms.
Near the clubhouse will also be a community area for BBQ pits, horse-shoe
pits, washer board game area, etc. Most lots are 35’ x 70’
with concrete RV pads being 10’ x 55’. There are large lots
to choose from in future phases, which can be reserved with your $500.00
refundable check that is held at the title company. Would you like to
park your boat or build/bring in a park model? No problem. Just discuss
these and any other modifications with the approval committee. |
